Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days. If there are any delays, I’ll contact you right away.Shipping: All items are shipped from Toronto, Canada. Stickers are sent via regular letter mail (no tracking) to keep shipping affordable. If you’d like tracking or faster shipping, please contact me before checkout for an upgrade. Delivery times vary depending on location, but Canadian orders usually arrive within 5–10 business days. Currently only shipping within Canada.Refunds & Exchanges: Due to the nature of stickers and stationery, I don’t accept returns or exchanges. That said, I want you to be happy with your order! If your item arrives damaged or there’s an issue, please reach out within 7 days of delivery and I’ll make it right.Custom & Personalization: Most items in my shop are ready-to-ship designs.
