Shop Policies
We do not accept returns/exchange on "personalized" and/or "custom" products, as they are "Made-to-order" goods which cannot be resold. General pre-made products bought are on a case-by-case basis and also depends on the matter at hand in regarding the product such as (damaged goods, wrong product sent and/or other). Standard delivery varies based on postal service. Estimated to be from 4-8 business days and sometimes sooner. Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days, as hours of operation are from Monday-Friday excluding weekends. Products are normally ship/mailed by 2pm eastern time. Anything beyond this time will be mailed out the following business day.
